Volunteers NEEDED for the 2019 Redwood Coast Music Festival

Volunteers Needed

The 29th Annual Redwood Coast Music Festival will be held May 9-12.  We are looking for volunteers to help with the festival.  Below is a link to the volunteer registration form.  You may also request to have the form mailed or emailed to you.


Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.  Shifts are filled on a first come, first served basis and the registration form can be mailed, faxed, emailed, or brought into the office.


Anyone volunteering for at least six hours will receive a coupon for $5 off one clothing item and may opt to receive one Adult All Event 4-day pass.  


Below is a description of volunteer services:

Venue Helper:  Working at the venues during the festival; exchange tickets for wrist bands; greeters; door monitors; light clean up;


Cashiers:  Cashiers needed at the Muni and Adorni Center.  Sell merchandize and tickets; helpful to have experience using a computer, cellular data phone, iPad, cash register system, and credit card processing applications.


Set-up:  Help set up venues mostly on Thursday before the festival begins.  Set up chairs, stages, and props.


Tear-down:  Help tear down venues, mostly on Monday following the festival.  Take down chairs, stages, and props.


Band Drivers:  During the festival, transport bands to and from venues.


Site Managers:  Oversee a venue with additional site managers for the entire weekend.


Band Hospitality:  Working at the Sequoia Center providing food services to band members.  Includes prepping food and setting up and cleaning buffet line.
